Q: Why should I connect my team's ZoomInfo Account to my Regie.ai Platform?

A: Regie.ai's ZoomInfo integration uses ZoomInfo's mobile numbers if Regie.ai can't find the data in your Salesforce.com records. This means more dials for your team to the numbers you trust ZoomInfo to have. 


Each time an Agent tries to set up a call task, it will check if the mobile phone data is in your salesforce. If it's not, it will use ZoomInfo to get the mobile phone data where available. If it isn't, we won't create a call task but will fall back to other channels, like email and social tasks.


Q: Will Regie be able to source any numbers other than mobile through the ZoomInfo Integration?

A: The ZoomInfo + Regie.ai integration will only perform a search on mobile phone numbers for the contact.


Q: Who can enable the ZoomInfo Integration with Regie.ai?

A: You must be a ZoomInfo Admin with API Access and be an Admin on Regie.ai.

Q: Can the ZoomInfo +Regie.ai Integration limit how many times it pulls the data?

A: No, however we are selective in the amount of times we pull for mobile data. Regie.ai won't attempt to pull more than the number of call tasks scheduled.


Q: Will the ZoomInfo Integration use monthly credits or bulk credits for phone number enrichment?

A: Phone number enrichment will consume monthly credits only.


Regie will also only attempt to pull missing mobile phone data based on the number of call tasks scheduled.


Q: What if the prospect is currently on "Do Not Call List", will Regie automatically provide these phone numbers through the integration?

A: ZoomInfo provides a call suppression list feature. Internal admins for ZoomInfo can enable the Do Not Call Suppression toggle inside of Company Settings in the Admin Portal.

Q: Will the ZoomInfo + Regie.ai automatically remove bad or wrong phone numbers?

A: Although ZoomInfo performs accuracy checks on a prospect's phone contact data, this may not be 100% correct every time. 


If you are provided a bad or wrong number for a prospect, reps should document this on the prospect's record within the team's Sales Engagement Platform and/or Salesforce.


Q: Does Regie.ai support multiple phone enrichment providers?

A: No, your Regie.ai workspace can integrate with just one phone number enrichment provider.
